- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Can you give negative stars? This credit union was forced on me after their predecessor failed in Crescent City California. That should have been a clue. I have had nothing but trouble with this group. They are quick to take your money but have multiple 'rules' about having access to YOUR money. And they charge you big time for the privilege. And their customer support people are rude to the point of wanting to reach through the phone and choke them. I travel most of the time so I am rarely at home.
